Because Firestone Care Home serves a maximum of two residents, admissions begin with a conversation about care needs, daily routines, family priorities, and current availability.

1. 1. Call or email. Share the basics and ask initial questions.
2. 2. Discuss care needs. We review whether the home can appropriately support the prospective resident.
3. 3. Plan next steps. If the fit is appropriate, we discuss timing, documentation, and transition details.
